Hi, I'm Rose and welcome to my Resource Guide. If you're new here - I'm the owner and founder of Voyarly Creative Co. Whether you're a client, prospect, or someone who's stumbled upon this page looking for direction in running and growing your business, this Resource Guide is for you!

I'm asked all the time about the resources I have used to run and grow my business, so what better way to share that knowledge than in an easy and comprehensive guide.

I am very intentional about the services I recommend, so the only services you'll find here are ones I have used myself and that I know have worked very well for my close friends, colleagues, and clients. While this page contains referral and affiliate links, the opinions below are my own and I truly recommend the services found in this guide. Keep an eye out for updates and new services.

Website Hosting

WP Engine and Flywheel logos.
Both Managed WordPress Hosts are considered the best of the best for self-hosted WordPress websites. I offer these two hosting options to my clients. I have and continue to use them for both personal and professional website hosting and highly recommend them.

Why These Two?

If you're looking for premium WordPress hosting, WP Engine and Flywheel specialize in Managed WordPress Hosting. They provide excellent 24/7 support, security, daily backups, and handle the most technical pieces of hosting so that you don’t have to.

Their support teams are fast and knowledgeable about hosting, as well as WordPress itself, so they can troubleshoot and fix a WordPress website (not the case with all hosts) if needed. If you have any hosting related questions, there's always someone there to help walk you through whatever you need and they’ll take care of things from their end if something needs fixing.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Dubsado is simply amazing.

I have been using the CRM for my business for more than a year now, switching from multiple programs to manage my clients and workflows to a single system that handles the basics of business and more.

I can enthusiastically say that Dubsado helped me level up my business in ways I never expected and with new updates regularly, I know there's more to come.

Give your clients a beautiful, seamless experience and organize your business in amazing ways with Dubsado.

Email Marketing

ConvertKit.

ConvertKit is one of the most popular email marketing platforms today and one I have used for some time now.

ConvertKit provides resources to create your own forms, track your data, and create customized, powerful automations.

If you're looking to reach a large number of people and offer courses or challenges that require email sequencing and automation, this is a great option.

MailChimp logo.

MailChimp is another popular email marketing service that provides users with the ability to create beautiful HTML emails. MailChimp is a service I've used for years as well and have seen them evolve their offerings quite substantially.

If you're just starting out in email marketing or looking for a cost-effective way to reach your general list of subscribers, MailChimp is a good option.

Email Hosting

GSuite logo.

G Suite has been great and it's always my first suggestion when someone asks about professional email hosting.

I have used a lot of email hosts over the years. Most often people can get email hosting through their domain host, but with G Suite you get a professional, reliable email with a whole suite of additional resources for your business - professional email, Google Docs, Google Drive, and more.

Domain Hosting

Name.com logo.

I have used name.com for domain hosting for years. With an easy to navigate interface and fast and helpful support, name.com is a great choice, especially for those buying a domain for the first time.

Payment Processing

Stripe logo.

Stripe is a very popular option for payment processing and integrates with a number of third-party platforms. Their system allows you to easily take payments and bill customers on a recurring basis and their beautiful interface, desktop site, and mobile apps make it easy to accept, process, settle and reconcile, and manage your payments.

Appointment Scheduling

Calendly.

Calendly is a great option for appointment scheduling. With their easy to set up appointments, beautiful interface, free and low-cost subscription options, and convenient form builder, reminders, canceling, and rescheduling options, it's my favorite scheduler to date.

Instagram Scheduling

Planoly.

Planoly is a platform specifically for planning out and scheduling your Instagram feed. It's beautiful, easy-to-use interface makes creating the perfect feed fun and easy. Whether you have one account or manage multiple - Planoly has a range of options for every level of IG management.

Unum Instagram Scheduling logo.

Unum is another great Instagram scheduling app that's been around for quite some time. Unum offers more feature in addition to just planning out and scheduling your posts. If you're interested in follower breakdowns, Advanced Analytics, your best times to post, and the ability to edit and add filters and text to your images in the app before you post, check out Unum.

Social Media Scheduling

Buffer.

For platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, Buffer is my social media scheduler of choice. It has an easy to use interface, the mobile version is great, and there is a Chrome extension to schedule sharing resources quickly and easily.

E-Commerce

When a client needs a reliable e-Commerce solution, I recommend Shopify Lite with Buy Buttons. If you're looking for a secure way to manage your online store while still showcasing and selling your products on your own custom website, this is a great solution.
